Lylita’s Touch – Client Terms & Conditions Where beauty, care, and relaxation meet intention. At Lylita’s Touch, every service is designed to provide a luxurious and personalized experience. To maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect for all clients, please review the following policies: Appointments & Booking All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. Late Policy (15-Minute Grace Period) We value your time and ours. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time only with proper notice. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront for future bookings. Client Health & Safety Your safety is our priority. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to their service. This is especially important for waxing and massage treatments to ensure proper care. Hygiene & Service Preparation To maintain a luxury standard, clients must arrive clean and prepared. For waxing services, hair must be at an appropriate length for best results. Services may be declined if preparation requirements are not met. Professional Environment Lylita’s Touch maintains a respectful, safe, and relaxing environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and refusal of future bookings. Payments The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
